This Preliminary Development Plan for low-rise luxury condominium buildings will feature only 2 condominiums per floor and only 4 units per building. The condominiums will be approximately 2500 square feet with 3 baths, 3 bedrooms and a 2 or 3 car enclosed, private garage. Each condominium and each building will have security systems. Open or enclosed balconies (optional) will afford spectacular views of the Big Walnut Creek, the Gahanna Golf Course, McCorkle Park and sunsets. Mid-rise condominium buildings are either being built or being built in Bexley, Dublin and Upper Arlington. The current LIMITED SUBURBAN OFFICE zoning IS a classic case of SPOT ZONING.
